Experience and background

With over 30 years of business experience and expert knowledge in organisational development, leadership and sustainability, Elizabeth has worked with and coached executives and their teams across a range of sectors including resources, energy, infrastructure, retail, professional and financial services, health, and education.

A collaborative, authentic, and results-orientated business leader, Elizabeth previously held senior corporate HR, leadership, and consulting roles in corporations in Australia, Canada and Singapore.

Elizabeth has built and led high performing teams across a range of disciplines in challenging commercial environments and helped organisations develop and execute innovative and integrated talent management strategies including nationally recognised diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and sustainable leadership programs. Elizabeth is passionate about engaging in positive change to enable organisations to be both the best in the world and for the world.

Elizabeth's approach

As a leadership coach, Elizabeth is dedicated to working alongside leaders and their teams to help them identify their purpose, values and goals as well as build a deep awareness of their leadership style, operating rhythm, and mindset. Working together to actively challenge and leverage these insights, Elizabeth supports her clients to act to successfully navigate the today’s challenging world and make meaningful and sustained change.

She is ideally suited to work with leaders and teams who have immediate challenges they need to address as well as longer term transitions (and even transformations) they need to navigate. Often her work includes working with those leaders at various stages of grappling with their role in leading an organisations transition to net zero or ESG implementation.

  • Master of Human Resources, Bachelor of Business, and Bachelor of Arts
  • Certified Organisational Coach, Systemic Team Coach, Climate Change Coach, Entrepreneurs Institute Trainer and Mindfulness Instructor
  • Accredited in The Leadership Circle, Collective Leadership Assessment, Team 360 Connect and the Global Wellness Leadership Survey
  • Specialisations in Business Sustainability Management, Team Coaching and Executive Coaching with Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Personal insights

Elizabeth is a certified member of the Australian Institute of Human Resources and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She serves on several not-for-profit boards including LifeTec Australia.

Elizabeth is married with a teenage daughter and engages in all things mindful, travelling and walking with family and friends and learning voraciously about the rapid changing nature of work and humanity.
